Valve Spindle Extensions

We manufacture all kinds of valve spindle extensions, in mild steel, (painted or galvanised) and stainless steel.

Spindle extensions can be of any length, with couplings, universal joints, key operation or handwheel operation.

We also manufacture headstocks, both simple and indicating, and a variety of guide brackets.

Valve keys

On the left is our "Twist-Lock" valve key and bar. This is a 42" heavy duty steel tubular valve key, down the centre of which is carrying a EN9 chisel (wrecking) bar, held in place by a twist-lock mechanism. This is the only key on the market in which the bar is physically held in place without the springs, catches or any other devices which may be prone to failure. The "Twist Lock" valve key is manufactured with either a 35mm AF female or a 48 AF female. We also manufacture 'specials' such as valve keys complete with triangular or Liverpool pattern oval female sockets.
On the right is a selection of keys and bars manufactured to our customers' specifications. Standard designs are the looped valve key and the standard 7/8" diameter EN9 te key. As with the Twist-Lock valve key, all looped valve keys and tee keys are manufactured to suit either 35mm AF or 48mm AF caps.
